According to the definition in the Official Gazette; ARTICLE 24 - (1) In foods that may easily deteriorate microbiologically and are likely to pose a danger to human health after a short time, the 'last consumption date' and the recommended consumption date 'are specified in other foods. Foods, which have passed the 'last consumption date', are considered as non -reliable food according to paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (ç) of the first paragraph of Article 21 of the Law no. How to read the expiration date?
SKT is written and read in every language in its own way. The application in Turkish is in the form of day/month/year . First, the day, then the moon, then the year is written. For example; 25/08/2021 corresponds to 25 August 2021 .
